A barn conversion makes an impressive studio with wood flooring and local stone. Meet in this space twice daily, sessions will include slow yoga, mindfulness meditation, and restorative postures. Investment includes a plentiful brunch and a sumptuous buffet dinner.
Hammocks, sun loungers and a glass room for resting, swimming pool with day beds and a private forest path.
Yoga twice daily except for one day where we will take an excursion to local villages, beach and historic olive grove.
