We invite you for a bespoke retreat with your friends to a modern spacious house located a few minutes walk from Cornwall's favourite- Watergate Bay. Set in an acre of private landscaped gardens, with terrace, yoga studio, hot tub and sea views.

 

Proposal

Our offer is for private retreats, and an indication of availability is shown below. You are invited with your group of 5 -10 participants. Rates FROM £550pp include accommodation with bespoke yoga and meditation itinerary. Our offer is generally for low season to secure good value, however some high season dates are avilable at a supplement. Please note the accommodation price fluctuates throughout the year and depending on the number of participants so we will be happy to give an accurate quote at the time of enquiry.

Itinerary

We offer a bespoke itinerary, we suggest an energising morning practice and something soothing in the evening although we will tailor the itinerary to your group upon booking. We happily offer options and modifications to suit individuals, welcoming those experienced on the mat as well as beginners. 

Both teachers offer yin, restorative, vinyasa, somatics, slow flow, breath work and meditation. Will is also a sound therapist so can provide a sound healing with crystal bowls, drum and other instruments. 

We can add on more local activities as you'd like such as sauna, sea swimming, walking tours.
